Join me for a friendly, light and fun 60 minutes of Hatha (the most commonly practiced type of yoga here in the West!) Yoga in the Welton Village Hall. This class is open to everybody and is an opportunity to build strength, increase flexibility and calm your mind.
Hatha Yoga involves moving through a number of asanas (poses or postures) that connect your mind, body and breath. I will guide you through step-by-step and you practice in a way that works for you and your body.
